Pride Expeditions have some exceptionally loyal supporters and guides in Nepal and we want to return the loyalty by returning again and again. We don't only have the support for our pro LGBT equality ethos we also have some exceptional trekking and some of the best rivers to raft in the World. Therefore we have decided to add another date to our combined trekking and rafting trip The Happy Himalayas expedition. Everyone is looking forward to it and once again and we are working with the Hari's who are glad to welcome us back

We are also building up some loyal and keen expeditionary folks who are returning to take part in our expeditions again and again. Despite the arduous and at times basic conditions they've faced on previous expeditions there will be some familiar faces again in Nepal this Autumn. Some have moved on and I think the puppies we met at the raft camp will have grown up too!

The Happy Himalayas trip is called this because it is one of only a handful of trips we do were it is unlikely you'll be suffering any adverse effects of being at altitude and hopefully you shouldn't be struggling for breath! Our maximum altitude is 3,200m and the we will as usual be supported by a team of Nepali porters. After the trek we'll be rafting the Kaligandaki back towards the beautiful city of Pokhara and having at least an hour or two by the pool. We are hoping that Harry will heading for the biggest waves once again!
